This is another example of a webset. It's optimized for a monitor resolution of 800 x 600 pixels or it will begin to repeat the pattern. It uses 3 background images for this effect and the top and bottom images are diced, meaning they appear as a whole but are actually in small pieces. It is set up using tables so some knowledge of html is a plus, and it helps to have a great WYSIWYG editor like Macromedia's Dreamweaver.
If you would like to use this there is a zip file you can download with all of the images and documents enclosed. In the coding of the page you will see where you need to begin and end your text and it's important that the table height and widths remain the same size.
