If you would like something along these lines but want something that sets up quickly and easily you may prefer this set. It makes use of nested tables and you don't need to worry as much about placement of your text. As you add text to the page this inside table will increase accordingly and will still remain in contact with the top and bottom borders. Without a side pattern you don't need to worry about the repitition or alignment.

There are several pieces needed for this set and all are in the zip file below. It includes the three different backgrounds, the top and bottom images as well as the welcome graphic and the buttons and bullets.
